Lazerline Steel - 52100

Excelta Lazer Line™ cutters are manufactured in our Buellton, California factory using 52100 alloy steel.  52100 is a high-carbon chromium alloy steel, which, because of its versatility, is used in a variety of mechanical applications, in particular for use as bearings.  52100 contains low quantities of manganese and chromium to improve hardening and offers a very fine grain with superior edge retention.  It is capable of cutting a wide range of materials because of its combination of toughness, wear-resistance, and hardness.  Contact your Excelta rep for a demonstration of this US built cutter at your customers today.
