Our five star hard wire cutters have inserts made of either (EH) Tungsten,Cobalt,Vanadium & Chromium Alloy Steel or (EHT) Tungsten Alloy. Perfect alignment of the cutting blades along with a unique heat-treating process makes for a very hard (90-91 HRA), tough cutting edge as well as a clean, crisp cut. Additionally each features a set-screw ‘stop’ affording an extended life for the tool. Each cutter is dressed with an ESD safe ergonomic molded or cushioned grip and stainless steel springs. Made in USA.
