Greetings!
Excelta would like to congratulate all those
who responded and answered the Water Cooler question
correctly last edition! The question was; "Up to what
temperature are the titanium tweezers heat resistant?"
The answer was, "800 degrees F." A special
"cheers" goes to those five lucky people who won the
drawing! George Rodriguez from Stanley Supply, John
Warner from Techni Tool, Vaughn Thammavongsa
from R.S. Hughes, Cynthia Martinez from EIS, and
Rubin Slyper from Starboard. Look for the Water
Cooler question in this issue of Excelta Express to be a
lucky winner!

Excelta PB-1 Pocket
Beeper
Electricity needs a continuous path or
circuit to flow.
As a continuity tester, Excelta Pocket Beeper
(PB-1) affords the operator quick discernment of
point-to-point continuity testing by a clear audible
tone. As a
transistor and diode tester, the Pocket Beeper analyzes
"in circuit" junctions for go/no go normality. The Excelta PB-1
indicates leakage and short or open conditions of
transistors. The
PB-1's portability, combined with its unique
self-contained design and rugged enclosure makes it
ideal for production and field service
applications.
Call your Excelta rep today if you have any
customers needing to "buzz out their
circuits."

2008
Pricing
The new pricing for 2008 has been sent to all
Excelta distributors and is effective as of January
15, 2008. Please note that some prices have gone
up, some have gone down, and some have stayed the same.
Price increases on most items are due to the rising cost
of raw materials and shipping, as well as the
devaluation of the dollar. The new prices were sent
as an Excel spreadsheet attached to an e-mail. Many of
our distributors have found this is the best
format to import new pricing into their system. If your
company has not yet received a copy of our 2008 price
list, please send a message to our sales team at sales@excelta.com, and we
will send you a copy. By Bob Williams

Everyday is a New
Day
"Happiness is
a Voyage"
- We convince ourselves that
life will be better once we are married, have a
baby, then another.
- Then we get frustrated because our
children are not old enough, and that all will be
well when they are older.
- Then we are frustrated because they
reach adolescence and we must deal with them. Surely
we'll be happier when they grow out of the teen
years!
- We tell ourselves our life will be
better when our spouse gets his/her act together, when
we have a nicer car, when we can take a vacation, when
we finally retire.
The truth is that there is no better time
to be happy than right now.
If not, then when?
Your life will always be full of
challenges. It is better to admit as much and to decide
to be happy in spite of it all.
For the longest time, it seemed that life
was about to start. Real life. But there was always some
obstacle along the way, an ordeal to get through, some
work to be finished, some time to be given, a bill to be
paid. Then life would start.
I finally came to understand that those
obstacles were life.
That point of view helped me to see that
there wasn't any road to happiness.
Happiness IS the road.
So, enjoy every moment.
Stop waiting for school to end, for a
return to school, to lose ten pounds, to gain ten
pounds, for work to begin, to get married, for Friday
evening, for Sunday morning, waiting for a new car, for
your home to be paid off, for spring, for summer,
for fall, for winter, for the first or the fifteenth of
the month, for your song to be played on the radio, to
die, to be reborn... before deciding to be
happy.
Happiness is a voyage, not a
destination. There is no better time to be happy
than...
NOW!
Live and enjoy the
moment.
