What is the tip material on the 179-RT series tweezers ?

The tips on the Excelta 179-RT series are made of static dissipative copolymer. Copolymerization is used to modify the properties of man-made plastics to specific needs. These tweezer tips were designed as a solution for electrostatic discharge protection originally used in the semiconductor industry. They are Silicon and Chloride free, have a temperature resistance to about 200 C and are Acetone and PA resistant.
